- Cranberry/Pineapple Jell-O

- 1 large box Raspberry Jell-O
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce (do not drain)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 large container sour cream

- Mix Jell-O as directed BUT add only 1 3/4 cup COLD water.
- Add cranberry sauce and pineapple.
- Put half in a 13 x 9 pan and chill until set.
- When set, spread sour cream on top and pour remaining Jell-O on top.
- Return to fridge and chill until set.

- Frosted Jell-O salad

- 1 large box lime Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups seven-up
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 large bananas

- Dissolve Jell-O in water. Stir in 7-up. Chill until partly set. Drain
- pineapple, save juice. Fold in pineapple and bananas. Chill until firm.

- Topping
-
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup whipped cream

- Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in juice and egg. Cook until
- thickened. Add butter, mix well and chill. Fold into whipped cream.
- Frost mixture.
